Exclusive, Non-exclusive and Licensing with Royalties

License costs vary depending on several factors, including license type, duration, exclusivity, and intended use of the artwork.

All pattern designs are supplied as high-resolution repeating tiles (JPG or PNG). PSD files can also be provided.

By default, the copyright to the artwork/design belongs to THE COLOR ALCHEMY (licensor) unless otherwise specified in a licensing agreement. Licensing grants specific usage rights but doesn't transfer ownership of the copyright.

Customization options can be discussed, and terms for any modifications will be outlined in the licensing agreement.
